My name is Madelene Daniel. I’m a Registered Nurse and the founder of Woodstream Heart Health Coaching. I help people with risk factors for heart disease make sustainable lifestyle changes that lowers their risk for developing cardiovascular disease, dementia, diabetes and other chronic illnesses – while improving energy, weight and stress – so they can enjoy an active, vibrant life into their 60’s, 70’s and beyond.

With over 30 years of nursing experience, mostly in heart healthcare, I’ve seen firsthand how lifestyle choices can either prevent disease or contribute to it. Research shows that up to 70% of age-related chronic disease, including heart disease & stroke, can be prevented through healthy lifestyle practices. High blood pressure alone is responsible for a significant portion of global deaths, and yet it can often be prevented or managed through a lifestyle-focused approach. The encouraging news is that change is powerful and with the right support & tools, you can get the results you want.
